Birth Doula Support
We can work together in the antenatal period to help prepare you for birth especially if you’ve had a previous traumatic birth. Sessions can be offered ad hoc or we can create a package of care to suit your needs. There is always the possibility to upgrade to in-person support if we live near each other.

I created this online course so that you have all the information you need to make informed choices about your upcoming birth and how to ask for the things you want from your midwife and your birth support team.

I cover everything from common hospital policies on VBAC, communication, tackling birth trauma, links to relevant evidence, checklists to help you prepare for appointments and so much more.
